Today a Calvert woman was arrested without bond. She was arrested because she announced that she had beaten one of her three-adopted little girls, with a hard-heeled shoe. The other two little girls were found in a freezer. I feel that this woman should never have the right to get out of jail. For one, she admitted to freezing the two little girls and beating the other. The second reason, if she could do this to her own children, she could do it to anyone’s. She would not nor should be trusted ever again.

The little girl, only 7 years-old, was found down the street. She was locked in her bedroom and she jumped out of the window. The two other little girls were found in the freezer, sort of encased in a block of ice. Bowman the mother said they have been in the freezer for about seven months. The bodies are not known yet. They have wait for them to freeze so they can do autopsies. Their bodies seem to be encapsulated says one of the investigators. It is only a matter of time to see what happens to the mother.

They at first didn’t know the injured little girl was hers. Once they found out that she was beaten, they went and did a full investigation in the house. Where they came to find the two other little girls in the freezer. They did some investigating with the neighbors to see how the family life seemed to be. They said that the 7 year-old hardly ever left the house, because she simply was not allowed to. The two other little girls were 9 and 11 years-old, from what they are told. They are still waiting for their bodies to defrost for autopsies. So, far she has only been charged for first-degree child abuse, even though the little girl was found drenched in blood. They are trying to get her charged for murder, but they can’t prove she killed them without the autopsies. I hope this woman gets charged with the worst.

North Korea has been known for their military as well as how smart they are in technology. They train their children when they are young and do not know better than to not join and obey. I feel that they shouldn’t just live one life style. We also know that when they get mad, they get very mad and they let everyone know about it. They start training and they train hard. They are very strong in their beliefs and they like getting what they want. They usually do get what they want because they are a very strong country.

Why is North Korea so angry? North Korea has already told the USA if they don’t give them back their frozen assets that they will serve the consequence. So, USA and some other negotiating partners have helped build North Korea’s nuclear program even stronger. When people found out that the USA was a part of this, they blamed Bush immediately. I feel what he did might have kept us out of trouble with the North Koreans. Others do not feel the same. They say Bush is a hypocrite and misleading. Hypocrite or not the North Koreans are still building their nuclear program stronger and stronger. They are only reassembling the nuclear power program for their own safety. The USA would be doing the same thing too.

Before the September 11 attack even happened they knew things that could have be resolved. They were just too interested in making the transition from Clinton and George W. Bush to go as smooth as possible. So Clinton’s National Security Adviser, Sandy Berger wanted to make briefings about how to make the process smooth with Rice. When the two went to a briefing together, Berger stated that Bush was going to spend to mush time with terrorism and the al-Qaeda than any other subject. There was no doubt that any spy agency could have noticed the terrorist event, especially how big and disastrous the September 11 attack was.

 They ask themselves if they could have stopped the al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden, but who knows if we could have. They already had leaders from Arab in Florida learning how to fly, so we could have been bombed either way. Plus Osama bin Laden stated that the USA was weak. Plus, Bush was to into himself to know what he was really doing; he wanted to fight extremists and radicals. He also wanted to promote peace; you can’t do that with a war. So, there were things that could have been stopped, for instance the al-Qaeda chief, which they clearly new were training for a war. So if they had a plan why didn’t they go with it?

     In Florida there is a kidnapping of a little girl whose name is Caylee Anthony daughter of Casey Anthony. Caylee was reported missing in July, but she was last seen in early June. Her mother was arrested because they thought she was a suspect in her daughters missing for many reasons. When she was arrested they confiscated her computer and saw that there was visited websites about chloroform. This was going to be held against her in court, but her bounty hunter paid the bond; so it is valuable piece of evidence. Investigators now, are saying they have evidence of human decomposition and strands of her hair in Casey’s trunk. She was than again sent to jail August 29 for forgery, fraudulent use of personal information, and petty theft. At the time the bounty hunter wanted to revoke the bond after getting threats from Casey, but it was to late.

      When Casey was questioned why she didn’t report Caylee missing right away she stated that she was conducting her own investigation. Also, she is not even the person who reported her missing. Casey’s mother reported her missing in July because Casey lied to the police about her daughter being missing. Casey was sent to jail, but was released last week with a $500,000 bail bond. No one knows who paid for the bond, but she is home in Florida with her parents.
